Scouts Canada achieves its Mission through the talent and commitment of 23,000 adult volunteers and the more than 200 employees who support them.

Scouts Canada’s employees are responsible for everything from ensuring community support for Scouting, to maintaining our camp properties. In fact, about the only Scouting activity that our employees don’t do is to deliver our youth program, which is done by our adult volunteers.
