Position Available - Support in the Africa Regional Office
An opportunity for some time-limited support in the Africa Regional Office has arisen. Due to staff re-organisation and a decision to base all staff working in the Africa Regional Office in Nairobi, two posts were recently advertised: Director of Youth Programme and Director of Adult Resources. Although there were some good applicants, no individual fulfilled all aspects of the posts and there were gaps even when the combination of skills from applicants were considered. No appointments were made and the posts will be reviewed. This in the interim leaves a significant gap in the support that can be provided by the Regional Office in relation to Youth Programme and Adult Resources.
