The 2013 – 2014 Fraser Valley Council budget will have to be passed by August 1st , 2013. In order to facilitate this, a budget meeting has been set for Thursday, July 18th, following the completion of the Canadian Jamboree. The location for this meeting is still to be arranged. Notice will be given as soon as possible. This meeting will be a combined telephone conference and in person meeting, in order to allow participation from as many members as possible.

The new Fraser Valley Council Leadership and Service Teams will be announced in the summer.

Recognition / Awards and Investiture of the new Fraser Valley Council teams will be held at the GC conference on September 21st.

We apologize for making this change at such a late date and hope that you will be able to join in on July 18th.

With best wishes for a happy summer and good camping!
