Located on beautiful Sylvan Lake AB, Camp Woods features four villages with year round lodges. Semi-wilderness camping, family camping and some unserviced RV lots are available on a 105 acre site. Activities include challenge course, orienteering, pioneering, nature study and waterfront activities such as sailboats, canoes and swimming.
This year Camp Woods is hosting the 12th Annual Canadian Jamboree (July 06 - July 13, 2013).
FREE FIRE WOOD
Camp Woods has a good supply of poplar fire wood, for the picking up.
It does need to be cut from full trees, but easy to get at.
