If you like to have fun, play games, learn cool stuff and meet new friends - then Beaver Scouts is the place for you.
Beaver Scouts Do Things and Go Places
The Beaver Scouts program is all about giving kids a safe place to learn cool stuff and meet new people. Beaver Scouts is designed to help children learn basic social skills and gain self confidence by a lively variety of games, crafts, music, storytelling, playacting and the outdoors. Beaver activities stress cooperation and teamwork, and can involve the whole family.
The outdoors is an essential part of the Beaver Scouts program. Weekend events, picnics, short nature hikes and family based camping opportunities round out the Beaver Scouts experience.
Beaver Scouts meet in a group called a colony. There is one leader for every five Beaver Scouts.
Beaver Scouts Have a Purpose
There is a reason for everything kids do in Beaver Scouts. Apart from the fun and excitement, the aim of Beaver Scouts is to help kids grow into good citizens who are healthy and strong.
