DIRECTIONS:

Follow Route 1 to Riverdale Road, Route 245. Riverdale Road is just a couple of kilometers east of Bonshaw.
 - If you are driving from Charlottetown toward Riverdale you will pass the Colville Road and Peters Road on the right - the next road will be the Riverdale Road.  If you pass Bonshow Go-Carts on the right, you've gone too far!
 - If you are driving from Summerside you will pass the Green Road and the Crosby Road and Bonshaw Go-Carts on the left - the next road on the left will be the Riverdale Road.

When you turn onto Riverdale Road, the camp is 3.3 KM in, on the left side, after you turn off Route 1.  There is a small sign on the right side of the road pointing to the camp and a small sign nailed to a tree on the dirt driveway leading into the camp.  Sheepskin Road is approximately 1000 feet past the camp on the right side as you are driving up Riverdale Road from Route 1, so if you see Sheepskin Road, turn around :-)

Here is a map to Camp Riverdale.  Look for the green and yellow road sings a few hundred feet from the driveway ( on both sides of the road).  We're told it's rather hard to find in the dark!!

There are two buildings on the site. Two are winterized lodges which sleep 30 and 27 people. Each building is self contained, with bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 shower, a kitchen / dining area and a common area. Each has an electric hot water, electric stove and a wood stove in the common area.  Note: Groups are advised that Leaders have cell phones with them for all telephone calls as there are no telephones in the lodges.

The area surrounding the buildings is forested, with many walking trails leading to a stream. The site is ideal for day events or rambles and there are cut out camping pads for groups wishing to tent.
