Welcome to the Member Registration page.  Here you will find all your resources pertaining to registering a member.

Registered Members: official recognition, and protection for members

Registration is an annual process and consists of filling out an Application for Membership form (either manually or on-line), and bringing the completed form and the membership fee to a group registration night or program meeting night.

The group reviews each application and, if accepted, processes the fee and confirms membership for the year in the Membership Management System. Adult volunteers must complete all steps in the Volunteer Screening Process before their membership can be confirmed. Once processed, all forms are forwarded to a Council Office for archiving. A portion of the fee stays with the group; a portion is forwarded to the Council; a portion goes to the National Office for payment of the Scouts Canada membership fee and insurance.

Once an application has been accepted and membership for the year has been confirmed by the Group, the individual become a member of Scouts Canada, and eligible for the benefits of membership.

Membership Management System (MMS)

The Membership Management System is a personalized, safe and secure way to change your address, phone number or other information about yourself, and to renew your membership for the coming year.

The Membership Management System is web-based, so it can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. Simply click on the Scouts Canada Home Link at the top of the page and then click the ‘Members Login’. Or go direct to: https://tictac.scouts.ca/ecustomer/start.swe?SWECmd=Login

You must have a username and password to enter the System, that’s part of what makes it safe and secure.  If you have forgotten your username or password, contact your group registrar (they can assign you a new password), or the Membership Management System Help Team at mms@scouts.ca.

Once you have successfully logged into the System, you can click on My Profile to change information about yourself and your parents/guardians.

The Membership Management Help Team is here to help!  If you have a question about how to use the Membership Management System, have forgotten your password, or find out more about the System works, contact us at:
