For 3rd Party Organizations or Non-Youth Group Users we require three things:

a)  Reservation Form  completed and sent to opebookings@scouts.ca or faxed to (613) 225-2802

b)  Copy of the Hold Harmless agreement signed

c)  General Liability insurance of $2,000,000 or more with Scouts Canada as a named insured on the certificate
