POSITION: Program Director (8 month contract January to August)
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Council Executive Director
REPORTING TO: Property Manager or Designate
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direction and supervision of the Council Field Executives and Property Manager, the Program Director will oversee the set-up, promotion and delivery of Council Operated Programs (COPs), including but not limited to, ScoutsAbout, Extreme Adventure, Schools and Scouting and Summer camp. This includes assisting with promotional aspects in the community; selection and management of staff; delivery of approved programs including the support services required for on-site operations.
