For Schools and Youth Organizations we require four things:

a)  Reservation Form completed and emailed to samacbookings@scouts.ca or faxed to (613) 225-2802

b)  Copy of the Hold Harmless agreement signed

c)  General Liability insurance of $2,000,000 or more with Scouts Canada as a named insured on the certificate

 d) A seperate cheque of $100 per site booked for damage deposit.  This will be shredded after your cabin                 inspection is completed upon your departure.
